1. Agreement to Terms

By using Feel Good Marketing Co’s website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


2. Services Provided

We offer marketing setup and automation services, including but not limited to:

  • Website optimization & lead capture
  • Reputation management
  • CRM setup & automation
  • Lead follow-up & engagement campaigns


3. Payments & Refunds

  • We offer a 30-day free trial with a full money-back guarantee.
  • Payments are available as monthly or annual subscriptions (annual may be required for certain services).
  • Late Payment Consequences: A 25% charge of the remaining balance will be applied monthly after a 5-day grace period.


4. Client Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate business information for service setup.
  • You are responsible for following all legal regulations regarding customer communication (e.g., text and email compliance laws).
  • You agree not to misuse our services for spam or unethical marketing practices.


5. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service at our discretion for the following reasons:

  • Non-payment beyond the grace period.
  • Breach of contract, including excessive communication, inappropriate treatment of staff, or unethical use of services.
  • Any misuse or violation of service terms.


6. Notice for Cancellation

Clients are required to provide 30 days notice before canceling their subscription. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.


7. Limitation of Liability

Feel Good Marketing Co is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use.
  • Loss of revenue or business due to technical issues beyond our control.
  • Any compliance violations if you send unauthorized messages to customers.


8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
